Thank you for your reply and for letting us know that your speed has improved following the engineer visit.

 

As @JOLO has mentioned, the engineer has marked the job as "no fault found" and hasn't told us that they carried out any repair work. However, it does appear that the engineer carried out some work which has resolved the fault as our tests from here are no longer picking up high resistance on the line and your speed has improved. I'm sorry for any confusion that this has caused and I'll pass on feedback about the engineer note.

 

Please keep an eye on your connection over the next few days and let us know if you continue to experience any problems.
