Sloow fibre speeds

Since Friday my fibre speeds have significantly dropped, from around 20 mbps to 4 mbps down, upload went from around 4 to 0.4 mbps. I've done the usual reset router, check phone line etc.

Does anyone have any other suggestions, even a member of staff check the line for me.
