Significantly reduced speed (1.86 MB)

I've been suffering with slow speeds the last few days and I have just ran the BT Wholsale speed test and the results are below. Not sure where to go from here  Sad

Are the tests wired/wireless? What's your Current Line Speed here https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed ?
Which exchange are you on?

Hi
Can you try disconnecting/reconnecting from your router to see if that makes any difference?
If it makes no difference, can you run this test http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html and post the image of the result?

Just disconnected the internet and unplugged the router.
The test result is attached.
I should say before the issue im having now I had 70 ish down.

Hmm something is not right there.
Are the slow speeds all the time or just at peak times in the evening?

I'm at work during the day but the missus says its been like this for the last 48hrs.

Have you noticed any issues with the phone line (noise/static)? Is your phone line with Plusnet?
Do you have any other devices (even mobile) you can try to rule out an issue with your PC/laptop?

Phone line seems fine and its through BT.
I just tested again on the PC (wired) getting 0.63 down, on the missus laptop (wifi) were getting 39.09 but on her S5 were getting 68.33  Undecided

It looks like an issue with your PC or router.
Have you got a firewall or anti-virus program running on your PC?
