Can you try disconnecting/reconnecting from your router to see if that makes any difference?
If it makes no difference, can you run this test http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html and post the image of the result?

I should say before the issue im having now I had 70 ish down.

Are the slow speeds all the time or just at peak times in the evening?

Do you have any other devices (even mobile) you can try to rule out an issue with your PC/laptop?

I just tested again on the PC (wired) getting 0.63 down, on the missus laptop (wifi) were getting 39.09 but on her S5 were getting 68.33
