Signal dropping out

Signal dropping in and out up to four/five times an hour here in Merthyr Tydfil South Wales.The various range of colours on the router flashing then back to solid blue.
Really annoying as per can’t get hold of plusnet on the phone as waiting times are ridiculous and what a surprise the online chat is disabled YET AGAIN !

I've just looked into this and can see that the connection dropped out a few times on Sunday but has been connected since then so it looks like the issue has passed but do let us know if there's still a problem from your point of view.
