Hi,
Can you please help me with my fibre download and upload speeds. These have reduced from 31MB download to less the 4MB over the past few days.
I would be grateful if you could investigate and advise.

Hi @Denzo,
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your connection speeds. I've tested the line this afternoon and from our perspective everything appears to be working as we'd expect, with the speed currently achieving a downstream sync rate of 28.1Mbps. When you're experiencing these issues, are you connecting to the router via Ethernet cable or over Wi-Fi? Additionally, I can see the router has been online for quite some time without a reboot - please could you try rebooting the router to see if this has any noticeable affect?
