Setup only connects as setup@plusdsl.net

Hi, I've seen this issue crop up a few times on the forum, my activation date was yesterday, the 22nd, but my router doesn't allow me to connect using my username and password.

I've tried a factory reset and changing my password with no luck, could you check the status of my like activation?

Fixed.

Turns out the house move form was incomplete at Plusnet's end, once that was confirmed, router switched to blue and we've got a connection.
