Hi,
I use a Airport TimeCapsule connected directly to the Openreach fibre modem currently. I have no issues with it, but it’s ageing and Apple aren’t making or supporting Airports anymore. I bought a Linksys MR8600 which is supposed to support PPPoE, however I cannot get it to work with my PlusNet connection. I used the same username and password as on my Airport (user@plusnetdsl.net etc). I’ve tried setting VLAN at 110, and leaving it empty, as well as setting MTU at 1492 and leaving as default (all suggestions I’ve read on forums.) Anyone have any idea what the correct settings should be? or did I buy the wrong router?
Thanks

Your log in should be in the form of user@plusdsl.net not as you have typed user@plusnetdsl.net.
