Service starts on Monday but no hub delivered

My fibre large service starts on Monday but no hub has been delivered. Please can someone from Support investigate and advise. Thanks

Well its transpired that plus.net have forgot to arrange for the router to be dispatched. Not good service a for a new customer and this doesn't bode well if this is the start of things to come. Not impressed.

Sorry to hear that.

Unfortunately as it's the weekend it won't most likely be dispatched until Monday.

Once the issue is sorted we'll arrange a goodwill gesture for you.
