Service keeps dropping especially in the mornings

Ive had no luck trying to get to support on the phone so trying here.

My connection drops regularly in the mornings. Today was especially bad with a 15 minute outage at around 12.30pm. Im seriously considering moving away from Plusnet unless this issue can be resolved. Can someone check my line please?

My tests aren't detecting any issues. Apart from today, the physical connection seems stable:

Do you experience problems using a wireless or wired connection?

Wired. I've disabled wireless on the router as I use a separate wireless access point.

I think the next step is to rule out the router itself being the issue. If you connect your PC directly into the Openreach modem, setting up a PPPoE connection that'll narrow down where the problem lies.

I've actually plugged in the original Plusnet router now - I was using a BT Hub previously. Lets see how things go and if the connection drops again tomorrow morning I'll post back in this thread.
