Service down again

This is getting worse, I have all lights on green and yet no connection, seems it's every other day that it goes down. Be interesting to see how many dropouts in the past 3 weeks or so. One resolve is to keep turning the router off and on again when it happens or I just have to wait until it decides to come back online again.
Going to get tech support to do some deep checks on the line, the phone line is quiet so it's clearly an Internet issue.

We aren't seeing any loss of connection from our end here

What sort of errors are you getting?

Interesting that its showing no connection for 13 days in feb when i clearly was using it then, anyhow i spoke to support and sending me another router and did a test via modem to pc. It's working on that but not through the router always as i lose connection from that to the computer even though you say i haven't had a dropout.
Only error i got was no server found on the browser and wireless not working either through to the phone.
