Service Information holding page... 62.6.38.125... Help please!

Had this issue now for a couple of days and just seem to start all of a sudden... can anyone help please?
Connection all seems OK...

Hi Edithkirk189,

It looks like the connection between your router and Plusnet is awry.

This may be only something that PN can resolve, you may have to contact by by phone.

However, there are a couple of actions you can do which may resolve the problem.

Have you powered the router off and on again?

If not it is worth a try, I suggest leaving the router off for 30 minutes.

If that fails and you are using a PlusNet hub one router, there is a reset button hidden inside the router and accessible via a pin hole on the back of the router. Press and hold this in with a paper clip, until the router restarts.
