Service Dropping - Low DSL Uptime

Hi All,

 

I'm finding that over the last couple of weeks I've been getting intermittent drop-outs on my line (DSL up-time on the router is hours rather than days - latest is 6hrs but I've had problems recently). 

 

I've logged a ticket with Plusnet, tested the phone line for noise (isn't any). but would welcome thoughts from others on here.

 

BT Wholesale Test (below) doesn't appear to show any problems. Can you advise on whether the stats here look normal?

Hi Mark,

 

Those stats look normal. From testing your line we're not identifying any issues either. Whilst we're seeing two drops in your connection within the past 24 hours I'd go as far as saying the connection is stable.

 

 

Do you experience more drops than indicated above?

Thanks for the quick response.

I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and see if I get other issues.

 

It might be the device I've been connecting on rather than the line.
