Can you identify the full path of the Gateway you are on with the low speed please as suggested in reply #428 (and reply #424) of the Capacity thread.
Quote from: Anotherone So in summary, it could be useful for users to post not only their TBB graphs and/or BQMs but also the full ID of the Gateway they are connected to, as explained above.

Same here. And this time I don't think it's the 'gateway issue' as multithreading doesn't help.
lo0-central10.pcl-ag08.plus.net
The BTW test gives me the same download speed but then craps out and says it can't get my details 😕

Not looking good. Have you tried a Gateway hop?
I wonder if you possible have a local congestion issue happen?

I couldn't be bothered but I've just checked it again and now it's fine (wonderful in fact):

I checked my modem and router and they were idle at the time.

As you've had few issues of late that might be the best option, it might be a "one-off" for some obscure reason.

@Alucidnation
Re: your reply #1 and my reply #2, I see that in the Gateway thread you identified the gateway as link3-central10.pcl-gw01.plus.net (84.93.249.164) (believed to be pcl-bng02). Are you still connected to that and are your issues continuing?
