Same problems still occurring after multiple Engineer visits!

Hi,
So not 20 minutes after the Engineer has left we have already disconnected 3 times, this is about the 5th engineer who has come here, messed around with the master socket for a bit, leaves for 30 minutes, comes back, says " Problem's Fixed", then not long after the same problems occur! Why is this not getting fixed?! It basically just keeps disconnecting until the speeds are the same as copper broadband.This is just getting ridiculous now.

Okay, so it's been pretty stable since the initial disconnects, so I'm hoping I was a little too early to judge it. My apologies if that is the case, but we'll just have to see how it goes from here.

It looks like it was fine overnight.

As you've said give it time for now but hopefully it's fixed.

I'm getting lag spikes when gaming and a ping test shows 25ms of Jitter, This has been happening since the start of yesterday.

Download speed has also dropped from 18Mbps to 10Mbps
