Hi, could you please check if there are any ongoing issues in my area please.
Whenever i try and log into my router it comes up with an EE login page unless i connect by wire to the router.
Also speedtest seems to indicate that i am on the EE high speed internet.
My son has been complaining for a couple of days about slow internet and gaming being virtually impossible online at the moment.
I have updated to the latest router firmware "Asus RT-66U" and even reset the router with no luck.

Sounds like you're accidentally connecting to so done else's WiFi!
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I have connected by wire and not wirelessly but it still says EE?
EDIT: i also have dual wifi 2,4 and 5, both are connected to my home network and shaowing as EE?

Hi and thank you for all of the replies
i have left everything disconnected for an hour and a half, plugged it all back in again and it all seems to be back to normal now.
I dont know what the issue was but it seems to have resolved itself now
So much for my relaxing sunday morning catching up on the weeks TV
