Hi PN staff
I have notice my fibre SNR downstream went up and down all the time. So, my next action is checking the phone tone.
When I lift the headset off the phone I can hear buzz noise on and off, on and off continue ongoing. Before use to be a steady buzz on the line when lift the phone up. Do PN think it will affect my fibre downstream SNR kept changing every minutes from 5.9dB to 7.6dB and back to 5.9dB and went back to 7.6dB all the times continue could upset DLM? Or, I got nothing to worry about it.
I have upload video for PN staff to watch and listen to phone dial tone here: View My Video
I have enclosed copy of screenshot between 13:26 and 17:25
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Well well, I wish I never say a word about DLM. As it now happen
DLM has changed my line due to crosstalk for the very first time since 2014.
Since my FTTC was first activated February 2014 with Maximum Attenuation Rate (dB) at 108092k has now dropped to 79400k for the first after DLM has changed my sync rate from 79999k to 78515k. As it appear the cabinet is now in crosstalk BT Bras IP Profile also dropped to 75.92 Mbps from 77.35 Mbps but my throughput speed also drop to 72 Meg from 75 Meg
I think DLM will now working it out for target SNR 3dB to get the line back up to 79999k as possible. (Finger crossed)

Line tests don't show any issues @goldenfibre, I'm not able to see that video for some reason but are you definitely sure that's not meaning you've got a voicemail waiting for you?

@adamwalker I have request online to get voicemail removed off. The phone tone is now back to normal, no engaged tone. But why is FTTC has dropped again as the Sync Rate drop to 77788 and Line Attainable Rate drop to 79920 but the Line Attenuation has gone up to 11.9dB from 11.3dB (why is more longer distance as the cabinet couldn't move itself?) and BT Bras IP Profile drop to 75.21 Mbps.
