SNR Reset please

Hi there,
Would it be possible for a member of staff to perform an SNR reset on my line, please? Long story short, I factory reset my router, then couldn't get back online; after disconnecting my router several times (banded line right there), I realized I needed to enter my username and password into the helpdesk - of course, by then it was too late; my noise margin on the download shot up from 5.9 to 9.7, my download speed from 39 to 31.
If you're wondering, why did the idiot factory reset his router anyway, I actually meant to reboot it, but wasn't properly concentrating.

Unless your line has been banded Plusnet are unlikely to request a SNR reset. If you leave it switched on the chances are it will automatically recover, it could take a few weeks to get fully back to where it was.

I'm almost certain my line has been banded - it's been a good couple of months now. If a member of staff doesn't reply to this post by the end of the week, I'll call it in.

I can see your download speed's banded at 32.4mbps so I've arranged for your line to be reset now.
This should go through within the next 3 working days. Let us know if there are any further issues afterwards.
