Please can somebody at Plusnet check my line as my unlimited broadband Extra has slowed right down.
18.12 Mbps Download speed and 7.11Mbps Upload speed.
It has been reasonable up to a few weeks ago when my telephone was out of service for a few days from 4th October 2020.
Since my telephone has been back in order it crackles and my Fibre Extra speed is so slow during day time use and not much better in the evening
Sometimes it is painfully slow, so I give up!
Something is certainly not working as it did previously.
Please rectify and contact me

You can be pretty sure that the crackly line is the cause of the slow broadband.You need to report a phone fault not a broadband one.
Try the phone trouleshooter as this might automatically report a fault. https://www.plus.net/help/phone/phone-line-troubleshooting/

Phone line appears to be crackle free just now ?
But my fibre is painfully slow, 16.3Mbps & upload 7.21Mbps, ping 29 getting to be a real nuisance.

My Slow Unlimited Fibre is getting Slower, in fact its been offline 20minutes and come back even slower
20,25hrs Download now 13.7Mbps, and 8.45 Mbps upload
Unlimited Fibre Extra what does that actually mean?
Come on Plusnet sort this issue out for me,

Everything was fine until few weeks ago when we had not telephone service for a few days.
BT wholesale Performance test last night for my line ( 5/11@ 22.22hrs) Latency 26Ms Download 16.49Mbps, Upload 8.65Mbps
Download speed achieved during the test was 16.49Mbps, achievable speed is 29.1Mbps
Test not conclusive further testing required
Broadband service provider needs to investigate fault, an error occured while trying to retrieve additional details regarding my service

BT Openreach Renewed my indoor Master Socket and outside incoming supply box 27 February 2019

Replaced my router last week, as Plusnet tests were a steady throughput of 50ish mbps
speed increased up to around 47mbps, so proved my Plusnet Hub was at fault as it was not synchronizing!
