Rubbish as always!

Over a week since I submitted a ticket, still [Censored] Internet constantly dropping out or dropping to as low as half a meg on fibre, and yes I'm on an ethernet cable that I run from downstairs to upstairs and it's still no better! And before all the comments I'm computer literate and know what I'm doing with networks! Spend less money on advertising and more money on fixing problems! I would never recommend plusnet to anyone worse than talk talk and that's saying something! I have cancelled contracts before and I will do it again if I am not getting the service I am paying for so FIX!

Can you run the BT Speed Tester http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ and run the Further Diagnostics, then post your results?

AndyH - don't waste your time - he's been asked questions and given advice in the topic I've linked which he has apparently ignored/rejected.
Also it would help if you posted to his first topic on this subject rather than encourage him to keep raising more. Hopefully the moderators will lock this one in favour of the other.
