Router

I switched to plusnet today. Yesterday I Had an e-mail to say the router was on its way, today I received another and this told me it was dispatched today, I spoke to someone yesterday who said that they won’t send routers out until go live day, this means I could possibly be a week without being able to use my service, this has never happened before. I am moving to fibre for the first time so know my current router will not work, are there any options to get me on line? I’m working from home and have 2 children trying to keep up with schoolwork.
