Hi all, some months ago when bt went down across the country for 24 hours we still had problems with connection, however when I rang plusnet techs they told me I had to change my username and password for the router. They gave us a new username and password, however a few days ago I reset the router. I am thinking that this is my issue now ?
Any one from plusnet be able to help me with this ?
