Router - set up automated off on times?

Hi
I'm trying to limit the time that we as a family use the internet and wondered if there is a way to set up the standard plusnet router to switch on and off at preset Times?
Any thoughts or instructions gratefully accepted.

Hi, and welcome.
Have you had a look at Access Control in your router this link should take you there http://192.168.1.254/advanced_access.html, you may  need to login to this section then acivate the feature to see it properly. I know it is very basic, but It should give you some form of control
