Router repeatedly dropping internet connection

Hi PlusNet,

 

Over the past few weeks my router has started to lose connection to the internet, often multiple times over a short time period. For example last Thursday (16th) it dropped around 7 times in an hour and a half. Given the current situation, myself and my partner are both working from home and the drops have been quite disruptive, forcing us to rearrange meetings at very short notice.

 

Our speed is also a lot slower than when we first signed up, rarely measuring above 15Mbps download on any of our devices despite your site claiming the current line speed (download) is 33.6Mbps and with a minimum guaranteed speed of 46.8Mpbs.

 

Can you please check my connection for faults?
