Router rebooting at the same time each day

I have got Unlimited Fibre Extra, and the router (Hub One) appears to reboot every day at approximately 6:50am. I have attached a copy of the log. Please can somebody tell me why this is happening and is there a fix for the problem? I work from home and I need a constant connection. @bobpullen is this something you can please help with?

Re: Router rebooting at the same time each day

That log excerpt doesn't tell us anything. It just shows the device establishing a PPP connection to the Internet and then talking to our hardware management platform i.e. it's after the event that caused the reboot, and the reboot itself.
I can check the management platform our side to see if it's anything we triggered but it won't be until after the bank holiday.
I'm also unaware of anything that would cause a periodic reboot like this without subsequently preventing you from accessing the Internet. Firmware updates do it, but you're already on the latest.

Re: Router rebooting at the same time each day

Hi simck123,

Does anything in your house turn on at 6:50, maybe your heating?

Perhaps the neighbours?

Perhaps a business starting?

Electrical noise bursts can cause broadband to disconnect and the broadband then reconnects after the noise has ceased.
