Router randomly going orange for a minute then coming back online.

Only on plusnet a couple of weeks but during the past week I've noticed my router seems to lose connection during the afternoon, This is the third time this week the router goes orange / connection gets lost and it comes back maybe a minute later.

Is there an issue with the router or something else a miss ?

I can see that we've covered this query to some degree on your other thread here:

Could you confirm whether the orange light/drops in connection are happening on the socket that's nearest to where the line comes into the property? If you're in the test socket there and still seeing this behaviour, I'd recommend raising a fault for us here and we'll ask our supplier to investigate.

Hi dave,

The router is plugged into the main socket (the one giving me the proper speed) where it comes into the house not the new one that was installed that seems to give issues. 

I'll raise a fault with the link provided.
