Router keeps dropping connection engineer says nothing wrong

I'm having massive disconnection issues with my line for a long while now. I hoped moving ISP would fix this issue but i still have the issue. It cannot be router related as this has changed as well as all cables A previous engineer changed my face plate for a new one. I know i have only just joined Plusnet and ive given it 1 week to sort itself out which as you can see it has not as well as previously having issues with my last ISP. Id like to know what can be done about an intermittent connection please as previously when an engineer has come he has said nothing is wrong and everything is fine "which it would do when its working its working but doesn't solving my constant disconnection issues"

Thanks for getting in touch.

I can see the drops that you're referring to, so I'm surprised historical engineers have missed them.

I can also see that you've started to raise a fault via the online portal - could you please complete this and give us a nudge when you've done so, so that we can escalate this to our suppliers?

I've stopped the form as i have no home phone to test as well as the line speed has reduced to its lowest point yet so wondering if it will become stable "wishful thinking i think" but wanted to get a cheap home phone to help with questions.

Essentially we'd likely need to arrange another engineer visit to further investigate this, but if you can give us a nudge over here once you've replied to the ticket we'll be happy to pick it up

I have a master socket 5c and cannot see a test socket after i take off the faceplate?

The test socket should be in the centre when you remove the faceplate.

If you're unable to to find it still, could you post up a photo of the socket?

Ok thanks, I'm use to it having 2 sockets like before on my old one. This one just has 1 socket i take it which is not labelled like the last one.

Unfortunately we can't re-open the ticket, so I'd recommend creating a new one at http://faults.plus.net referencing ticket 182488147 in the box at the end.

Don't worry about typing extra notes for us, as yesterday I copied and pasted the notes you gave us while filling out the troubleshooter, to the ticket itself so we can see them still.
