Router keeps disconnecting

Hi, I’ve looked through different forums and taking the advice but my router seems to be playing up. Since yesterday the router keeps disconnecting from blue light to flashing orange and this is happening every so often. I’ve done all the basic things to rectify this but seem to be having the same issues. Any advice would be appreciated or if Plusnet themselves can check any problems, that would be even better. Cheers.

Hi @Bobafan86,
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues. What troubleshooting steps have you been able to carry out so far? Ideally we'd like to connect the router up to the test socket for a few days to see if this stabilizes the connection. There's a guide on this here.
