Router goes off

My router goes off all the time four or five times a day sometimes more am absolutely sick of it, today its lost connection 7 times so far four early in the day three in late evening. Use plusnet router

Do you notice any noise on your landline?

Try a 17070 option 2 quiet line test to rule out there being any noise on it.
