Router flashing, unable to connect - help! :-(

Hello - broadband had been working fine, no changes to anything our end and then out of nowhere this evening we have an orange light and a flashing red b symbol. Have been through the troubleshooting options numerous times, raised it as a fault, cannot get hold of anyone at customer services or via twitter - would like it sorted asap. Anyone have any ideas please?

Managed to get through to someone via the help chat - they said the router had gone into a 'stale session', did some kinda reset and suggested it should work after a brief wait. Did this but it's still not working. Can someone from Plusnet please look into this for me?

Sorry to hear you're having connection issues @Ragpie05

I've looked into this and I can see our tests highlighted an external issue which our suppliers are investigating further.

We'll let you know as soon as we have an further update
