Router flashing orange

My router has suddenly just starting flashing orange (picture attached) and I cannot connect to the internet anymore. When I call customer services it just says that I can't speak to anyone. Can you please advise?

Seems broadband signal is missing - can you go through https://faults.plus.net on your phone?
