For the past few months we've had issues with the wifi signal as it's constantly dropping out on our phones and Sony Smart TV.
I have discovered that my hub's current software version is: 4.7.5.1.83.8.263 Last updated 21/02/19
Can you please arrange for a firmware update to be pushed to my router. My router is Plusnet Hub,
