Our Plus Net Fibre internet is generally very stable but we are experiencing unexpected failures of the connection ONLY during Zoom calls. It’s happened multiple times now - connection is good, we join a zoom call with about five video participants successfully for a few minutes and the connection drops. The Hub shows red lights (no connection), has to be reset and recovers after two or three power on/off cycles. If we rejoin the Zoom call, the connection drops again.
To make matters worse, our Plusnet router forgets the login credentials. No idea why that happens either.
