Router drops connection multiple times per day

Our router drops connection multiple times per day and has been ever since we signed up to Plusnet. Never had the problem with any other provider. I also went through the Support pages and was directed to Plusnet on Twitter, but I have not received a reply from there.

Hi, I'm having the exact same issues with the router flashing red, losing connection, then reconnecting several times per day.

Only been with Fibre a few months, & never had this previous.

My solution is now to ditch PlusNet and go over to TalkTalk. Problem solved (hopefully)
