Router dispatch

Hi,
I've recently ordered my service and is supposed to go live this Wednesday (15th of August). However, I haven't received my router or even a dispatch email. Just wondering when it will arrive.

Hi @yamkumari

 

Thanks for getting in touch. I've looked into your account and I can see that your router has been processed for delivery. Therefore, should arrive with you shortly.

 

In regards to your orders, I can see that you phone line is due to activate tomorrow 15/08/2018 and is a start of stopped line order.

Due to the nature of this order we have had to place a separate order for your phone and once the phone order completes we will be placing the order for your Broadband.
