Router delivery

I have an upgrade to fibre with an engineer booked for AM on Wednesday 24th. which includes your supply of a router.
The router has not arrived yet and I hesitate to wait until Monday when it still may not have arrived and it will be to late
to do anything about it.
I should be pleased if you would confirm that it is on its way and whether I am going to need to sign for it.

The router shouldn't need signing for, it's actually been ordered today so should arrive within the next 3 working days, hopefully on Monday.
