Router delivery date

I'm due to get fibre installed next Friday (14/7/17). My Router hasn't arrived yet and my account says the order has not been placed. Does anyone know how close to install date plusnet send the new router.

It is supposed to be despatched 1st class 48 hours before 'go live' date but they are sometimes missed off the procedure.

Staff input would help here.

Your router should be with you a couple of days before activation. I've just made sure that's ordered and on the way for you. -Chris
