Router connection issue
We've been having intermittent issues with connectivity from the beginning of our Fibre Extra service which started in August. We've got Plusnet Hub One router. Seems to happen when streaming iplayer etc. and happens both with our windows 10 laptop and android smartphones.
We've checked connections, router is right by the socket, no other equipment anywhere near etc. so we're at a bit of a loss now.
Husband did the troubleshooting diagnostic and got message on the attached screenshot. Any ideas what the issue could be?
