Router blue but no internet

Our internet should have been activated today (email says so), router is blue but no internet. I have followed various other threads with solutions, logging into the router and restarting etc
I think you probably just haven't manually activated our account you're end, again from reading other posts

When you say logged into router did you check the username?
Log in to the Hub One by using http://192.168.1.254 in the address bar.
Username and password are located on the router - it will be admin
Once logged in go to:
Advanced Settings > Broadband
what is Broadband Username?
If it helped click the thumb
If it fixed it click 'This fixed my problem'
