From looking at the image, the wireless icon isn't showing a great connection. Try moving closer to the router.
If it still does the same, do you have a laptop/PC to try with?

I’m not going to complicate matters here, but ignore the WiFi signal in the image.

@OskarPapa I’m unable to raise anything right now as I’m getting that error in the image. Makes no odds if I connect to my router, next doors router or do it on the PC. Initially it all started okay and then that error message came up.

I'm sorry that it's displaying an error message when you try and access the fault troubleshooter. Despite this, the fault has been raised over to our side successfully and I've added an update to the fault ticket here with the next step towards getting this resolved for you.
