Hi @OskarPapa

Thank you for picking up the ticket. I have reset the BT Home Hub again and have re-plugged it in and it has connected without any issues also the stats shows on the router show download of 63.88mbps and upload of 17.42mbps.

 

I have been in touch with support earlier this afternoon and have an appointment for Friday, but is it worth checking if it is now showing as working as it should or should I just wait for the engineer?

Hi @sep9001, thanks for your post.

 

I'm no longer detecting the issue, however, as it's returned previously I'd advise to still allow for the engineer visit, to ensure there are no niggly issues in the background.

 

Please let me know if you need anything else at all in the meantime.
