Router Disconnecting Daily

Hi

 

 

My router keeps disconnecting daily at 5:45am and occasionally later in the day. Each time I have to log in to the router and enter my password to reconnect. Does anyone know why this would keep happening.

Hi there, 

 

I've just been looking into this and can see the line is dropping quite frequently. 

 

Diagnostics don't show any obvious problems so I'd try following the checks here next:

Hi

Thanks for your response.

We’ve already had an engineer out who has fitted a new master socket and checked the wiring, which has improved the speed issue we were having when we first got fibre.

The router is plugged into this new master socket however we are still getting the disconnections.
