Router Delivery

Hello,
My broadband is due to go live on 14th May and it says my router order hasn't yet been placed. Will this arrive before Tuesday?

Hello @Bd2407 and welcome to the forums!

After checking your account, I can confirm that the router is yet to be dispatch but is usually sent in line with the activation of your service. To ensure it is received by the activation date, I have manually dispatched the router which can take 3 - 5 working days to be delivered. However, it is usually received sooner.
