Router Connection Drops when Streaming/Downloading

Afternoon,
I've noticed an issue over the last couple weeks that often when I stream or download, the router drops its connection and takes 1-2mins for it to reconnect itself.
Happens regardless of where I stream/download from. Could this be a setting issue, SNR, for example?
I'm using a wired connection via Gb powerline adapter.
Edit: I'm using a PlusNet Hub One, which is the same router I used in my old house with no drops. General browsing doesn't appear to cause the issue.

Hi there,
I've just had a look into this on our side, line tests don't indicate any obvious causes and results of a GEA test look absolutely fine. We're not seeing many drops recorded but this may be due to them being quite brief:

The best thing to do if problems continue is to report a fault over at http://faults.plus.net

Hi,
This problem persists and does also occur with general browsing.
I'm using the test socket now so will update to see how that goes.
Note, if the problem continues and I need to report a line fault, I'll not be able to as the phone number on my account is incorrect. I have reported this several times and should have been fixed.

My broadband won't connect at all now. It usually drops off around mid-morning every day (no idea why) and usually re-connects after a minute or so.
I've restarted the router multiple times, reset all wired connections, and checked that the phone line is live.
Like many, I'm working from home at the moment so hopefully this can be fixed promptly.
Edit: I've left the connection to the test socket since my last post, which made things a lot more stable.
