Over the past few weeks, the Hub one router which is located in my son's room, keeps buzzing constantly. It keeps him awake at night!
I have used the forum to try various things but with no success. Since the router has been buzzing, we have had very poor connection with broadband. It cuts out when my Son's are gaming. The PS4 and Xbox both are wired rather than using wifi.
Our contract is due to be renewed on 12/5/20 but I don't want to renew if the connection does not improve and we are not supplied with a new router.
I really want someone to test the line to compare what speeds we were originally getting to what we are getting now but I cant get through obviously because of the current situation.
Please Help!
