Sorry to see that you're having an intermittent issue with latency, I was just taking a look into the line statistics and it looks like that testing has flagged a potential copper line fault which I'm now raising to BT for you. The outlook is that no engineer will need to be booked so this should hopefully mean the fix will be a little quicker. I'll be raising a support ticket on your account to monitor the fault so further details will be provided there once we have them back from the supplier.
