Review Of Ticket #99751917

Please could someone from Plusnet pass a message to the person looking into my ticket #99751917 and ask if they could review it and drop me a mail or something? I did try to do this via Live Support but it said there was a 27 people queue in front of me :-o.

Re: Review Of Ticket #99751917

Thanks.
Haven't heard anything back.
Can I just float an idea here? as the high-end of the fibre service 'Fibre Extra' (40 - 80 ds) seems to be inconsistent and unreliable during peak times and after 2 Openreach visits there doesn't seem to be a solution to that on the horizon (at least since I started having problems in March) what are the chances PlusNet will let me downgrade to the capped 40 ds service 'Fibre Unlimited' for the £5 less a month and at no further contractual obligation to me? That way I figure I won't be paying for the high-end speeds anymore and I won't feel I'm paying for something a lot of the time it's just not possible to get.

I'll pass the proposition onto the guy in question but I can't guarantee anything.

Still no kind of response to this then. I'm guessing I'm just stuck with it for the duration of my remaining contract.
