Reverse DNS Change Request?

Hi, I'd like to change my reverse dns from [Removed].plus.com

to point to timeshed.com

Can anyone help with this please?  My ticket number is 211823904 but I haven't heard anything back.

Also, if you could clear the sensitive details from this forum post that would be great.
