Returning faulty router

Hi, I just received my replacement router and I'm pleased to say my connection is working properly again.  I'd like to return the old router and all the spare bits I don't need (power supply, microfilters and whatnot).  Can someone from plusnet give me the return address/send me a return bag or label?

Re: Returning faulty router

Hi @OxfordBlue

I am glad to hear that the new router has resolved your connection problems.

We do not recycle equipment ourselves however you can take it to your nearest WEEE recycling centre who will be able to do this for you.

I've included a link here which will tell your nearest one https://www.recycle-more.co.uk/weee-collections

If you have any other questions feel free to get in touch.

Re: Returning faulty router

@Warwick & @OxfordBlue, sorry to contradict but we do accept returns of equipment, and will happily take receipt of the router for refurbishment potential. I've arranged for dispatch of a pre-paid returns bag.

For info, we also accept WEEE takebacks.

Thanks Bob. Any idea when the bag should arrive? No sign of it yet...

Re: Returning faulty router

I have re-ordered it for you @OxfordBlue however it seems to be a system issue. As @Warwick stated you can always recycle this via the link above.
