Returned to plusnet but a question about my fibre service

Hello i signed up for the fibre package but i see my upload is only 2Mbps

is the only way to get a higher speed by upgrading to the 76Mbps package?

i actually thought i was going to get a 38/10 service is that still available or its not possible anymore?

I'm afraid the current fibre products we offer are either 40/2 or 80/20.

And the shameful thing is how often this happens. PlusNet make no effort to tell people in an open and honest fashion that they will be getting fibre but with adsl upload speeds.

Ok well i've changed my product to the 76Mbps package how long does it usually take to change?
